I saw some wild vehicle on 101 today. It was two wheeled like a motorcycle, but had a body and a seat. dude was in it wearing a moto helmet and driving w/ an airplane type yoke. The 'Bike' was red and had a roll cage. He was in #1 lane, so I got into #2 and had a gander. Waved and he waved back. Then he got off the highway at around Marsh or so.

The not too strong wind was buffeting it about in a kinda scary way it seemed like. Who knows what/who this is? Ever seen it?

A BMW maybe.... Actually there's a bunch of scooters like that, they just aren't sold here often....

Neither the sparrow nor the BMW C1 (WOW!)

Take one of the front wheels off a sparrow, Now remove the passenger compartment hard top, put in a small roll cage. Now, make the rest much lower and boxier. To top if all off, make it look a lot lke a soap box racer w/ a fiberglass body. Quite kit looking and not glossy auto paint. A one person bench seat, not a bucket or a saddle.

I so wanted to try to pull my phone out and take a picture, but hahaha, no way!

My buddy who rides a R1100RS said he's seen the guy once too. So I think someone here will know more or at least have seen it also.

Oh, and there was this saucer... and these green people w/ little bodies and big heads.... Oh, never mind. :)

No, that wasn't it.

was it one of those crazy wheel things Mr. Garrison in south park invented?

Randy: Well, yeah, but I have one question about the way it works.
Mr. Garrison: Sure.
Randy: Well, [walks back to IT] it seems all the buttons on these front and rear flexigrips are also found on the side of the vehicle.
Mr. Garrison: Yeup.
Randy: [returns to the desk] Well... so... they don't really... do anything.
Mr. Garrison: Right.
Randy: So then, couldn't I just order one that works without going in and out of my ass and mouth?
Mr. Garrison: [thinks about this a moment] Well, I... guess you could. [a view of the showroom]
Man 1: Huh?
Man 2: Whazzat?
Man 3: Wha- what did you- what did he say?
Man 4: What?
