superbikes vs. supermoto

track is a bit different than street - I doubt you'd be comfortable on the slab at 70 for an hour or two.

Another lame "supermoto can do this, supermoto can't do that" thread...

This thread is losing steam. Its time for some noob to ask about the Hypermotard.

Yes. I also learned that the wide, graded highway that RV's take to the top of Pike's Peak is considered a treacherous off-road enviroment.

You will be B& for twatting the Hyper- I was. Or maybe it was for being an a-hole, can't remember.

The tard bores me on all but the tightest pavement and dirt now. It's still pretty cool, out riding wheelies on an exotic bike that freaks people out, but anything paved is better on the road rocket. Not even a contest.

The "superbike" leaps packs of chap***s in a single twist. Power to spare, better range, more comfort, better looking, sheeit they're like Scarlett Johansson. If you can only have one, the crotch rocket is it. On the other hand, the tard is waaay funner in the dirt- there's the rub.

"As much as you would like to argue, most riders would be better suited with the above Street Triple than they would with a supermotard"

You were talking any 'tard vs an SV650. Now it's a Street Triple, which is a pretty bad ass bike in the conditions you proposed and semicomfy.
