On that last pic, you're right - I was running the stock header. I've since rebuilt the system using an M4 header (sorry...). Pardon the early version of bodywork based on GSX-R 600 Sharkskins upper. This has been sacrificed and parts of it grafted into the lastest stuff posted earlier in this thread...

That mold then produces a fiberglass shell? Which you overlay with carbon fiber sheets? Then you use a rubber bladder inside?
