Go to the website: www.calimade.com
Its in San Diego. My friend Harold is all about custom work and attention to detail.![]()
please stop giving advice in this thread. first telling him to drink before getting inked, and now use neosporin and vaseline? do a little research.
you dont drink 1st because as you stated, it bleeds a lot. guess what, when you bleed a lot while getting tatt'd, it makes it hard for the artist to do fine detail work. maybe thats why... oh nevermind.
now neosporin and vaseline??
+1 on aquaphore and lotion, (i like curel)
clean it w/ mild soap and water, don't scrub and don't forget to apply sunscreen if you're going to be out in the sun.
haha my bad thanks psycho for pointing it out! alrigt Mike T you got your tat. Now you gotta get your gun or rifle or shotty!

use noesporin... helps to heal the cuts faster
no way.... just use it for the first 3 days... then use vasline.
please stop giving advice in this thread. first telling him to drink before getting inked, and now use neosporin and vaseline? do a little research...
if an artist cant do a fine work when you bleed too much bleed then he/she needs to find a new career..
foot in your mouth..... who told you not to use neosporin and vaseline???
who fucked up their tattoos by using neosporin and vaseline?
most artists apply vaseline before tattooing.. a lot of shops recommanded using neosporin 5 years ago.. Now most of them use H2Ocean stuff..
who was the dumb ass that told you to use sunblock/screen on an open cut/wound? do a little research.
almost all of my friends used neosporin adn vaseline... my brother has a almost full body tattooo as well and used neosporin everytime... none of us fucked up our tattoos.. none of the tattoo havent faded over 10 years.

Then, along came the over-the-counter triple anti-biotic ointment, Neosporin. It had a healing agent that was good at fighting infection, and it didn't pull the color out of tattoos like petroleum jelly. After a few years of Neosporin being the #1 product recommended for tattoo aftercare, it soon became apparent that it was falling short of its expectations. Several people were coming up with allergic reactions to the ointment, and were getting tiny red bumps on their tattoos. After these red bumps disappeared, they took the ink along with them and the customer was left with a "spotted" tattoo.
who told you not to use neosporin and vaseline???
who fucked up their tattoos by using neosporin and vaseline?
hand tapped whaaa?
used a reg tat machine...not the original bamboo-puncture your skin type of thing...
the detail on it was amazing...and he added more stuff to my original design such as the strings tying the bamboo together and the leaves....
all odd numbers![]()
one of my tats turned out getting fuct by neosporin, so i since petroleum jelly on all my tats...calm down a lil buddy, i think its gonna be alright

Neosporin may work, but its never been recommended to me. I've got about 11 different tattoos and my artists always used A&D and Aquaphor.
2 different tattoo artist...2 different tattoos that complete each other... always been told A & D. just saying.
You know as much pain as a traditional hand-tapped tattoo would be.. I really want one. It'd be cool.
