My cock was emptied long ago so I've switched to other methods.

Grill or fry chili peppers in a little oil until their crispy on teh outside and slippery on the inside.

Chili peppers are the wetting agent that allows you to choke down even your wife's driest enchilada's or BBQ. They will keep for at least a week. They even work on dry Pizza.. Even my dog likes grilled/smoked chili's.

I love hot sauce and hot peppers, but I've never understood the fascination with Sriracha. It just adds heat, not good pepper flavor. :shrug

Don't agree. To me, there are three hot sauce you need in your kitchen at all times. Sriracha, Tapatio and Crystal. Similar heat, but wildly different flavor profiles.

Look, if you want to slather your food in vinegar and capsaicin, that is your affair. But you'll never do it in my house. That stuff is garbage.

THIS. I'd add some Chinese chili-garlic sauce to the list of must-have house staples.

That's kind fo what I do. Let me tell you some of my favorites. For starters, anything Potato based. Make some baked cubed Red Potatoes with rosemary, garlic and black pepper. Apply a fair amount over the top when serving. Baked potato loaded with sour cream, cheddar and bacon? Add some Sriracha over the top to give it some zing. Best thing ever? Cream of potato soup with Bacon and Cheese. Mix thisa shit in till it turns your soup pink. Epic Yum.

Second choice after potatoes is Chicken of almost any kind. Make a sandwich with roast chicken torn off the bone, light mayo to taste slather on an extra sour baguette. Bordenave's makes a lovely one if you don't have a favorite local baker for it. Crack some fresh black pepper and a spritz of lemon sets the bed for shredded extra sharp cheddar and a Sriricha finish. This is a sandwich fit for the Gods of War. ANY kind of fried chicken sings with it. One of my favorite quick indulge lunches when on the run is to get a short bottle of the stuff and 1 Lb. of fried chicken tenders from the Safeway Lunch counter. Add Salt and Pepper in the bag to taste, 'Racha each bite. Go crazy.

That should give you a good starting point for someone who favors a Western Diet.

yes. many years ago. it used to be twice as hot.
