I've never considered myself an artist. More of a layout specialist.

Does this count?

I hardly consider myself an artist, but here are some other things I have painted. :)

the open cockpit is a duplicate model of a Ral Parth Battlemaster circa 1995, I modeled it to have an open cockpit with driver. made the tree and ground too. the paint is kinda rough, but it looks good on a table. it is 25mm scale, so about 2" tall.

the second one is Inquisitor Lord Torquemada Coteaz, a 25mm base model for Warhammer 40K. also my finest work to date. spent a good amount of time on this. I am really pleased with it.

a 100% pure experimental piece. I haven't been painting much as ive been writing and proofing, but I decided I wanted to try something totally off the wall and different while still retaining my style. so i went for it and came out with this. I was hoping to inclide it in a show I have comming up entitled

How to Destroy Angels

DSCN3312.jpg

Its 40"x30"(small for me) and its alkyd, arcylic, spray paint, nail polish, indian ink, pen and ink, sharpie, photo collage, and irridecent powder.

while im somewhat pleased with it, theres definate elements i hate. and it reminded me just how much i hate acrylic paint with a passion. hate it. but alas that was sort of the point. It photos terribley with my shitty cam and no set up lol. you can hardly see the blue lines in the background

I love this thread (still) :thumbup to all.

I've had a project in mind for years now but I need 2 human, 2 canine, 2 feline skeletons a bed and an X-Ray machine. :wtf
