I've not bought this yet, but I've been meaning to ever since I used it to remove an oil filter on my bike at City College with not the slightest bit of fuss. Looks to be around $30, $32 at Home Depot

I have the Irwin version of those and I grab them out of my toolbox more than all my other pliers.

I have done the screw driver method when my filter strap fails me, messy but effective. Haven't needed either when I do my own oil changes and I don't go all ugga dugga when installing the filter. I got no problem murdering a used filter though, it's just gonna get smooshed when it gets "recycled" anyway.

I bought a bicycle bearing press kit off Amazon. The quality is comparable to a similar tool of a reputable brand that I also have. This one was $35. The reputable brand was $80 and came with zero anvils. ZERO! And each anvil pair is like $30. wtf lol.
