The Walking Dead Season 7

Actually AMC can do whatever they choose, but it is pretty ridiculous they can pop a guys eye out, but titties are bad :laughing

No rules on cable, but there's a bunch of "standards." Other countries have boobs in the newspaper. We are nothing if we aren't a war/violent culture. Just the way it is.

This show has jumped the shark for me.

I watch it to watch it, but I'm not chomping at the bit to see what happens. Nor did I care when those 2 were clobbered. Big red was over due for his murdering.

Meh. Trying to throw the viewer off by killing Abraham first.

It still didn't explain why violated his promise to not kill anyone but just beat them.

Someone else deeply psychologically troubled almost did the same...

I don't recall him saying he wouldn't kill anyone. Just that he was going to have to beat the holy hell out of someone or something like that. And when you're talking about doing that with a barbed wire bat...

I rewatched the last 10 minutes after someone in meatspace said the same thing and you are correct.

I think it could be intrepreted both ways.

This show is both addictive and the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

Btw I realize the whole Saviors crisis is based on bad intel.

Rick found another settlement and learned they were paying tribute to the Saviors. He finds an outpost, kills about 20, and figured that's it.

If he surveilled them, he might have tracked down the larger group of Saviors. He would have also chosen a different route and vehicle for Maggie.

Rick was swinging his dick, thinking they could face whatever is out there.

As for another route, the saviours made sure there were no other routes. Don't you remember the finale? The saviours simply waited for them to figure out they couldn't get away.

:laughing

I don't have cable either, I bought the new season in HD for $42 on Amazon Prime, which is pretty good considering it will be 16 episodes. That's like $2.60 per episode, a fair price.

I posted this last season. I was disappointed they didn't do more research - it was out of character and only done to advance the plot.

The Walking Dead was the last thing that kept us paying for cable. Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime and $42/year for TWD is a much sweeter deal than Comcast, especially when you were paying for the first three already.

I cut the cord with cable a long time ago. Since then I've had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and last year I added HBO Now just so I could watch Game of Thrones.

Daredevil seasons one and two, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage...these Netflix shows dominated my life when they appeared. You just don't need to pay $100 a month for cable anymore, their dominance has been broken.
