WE don't have time for full inspections but I do know a couple on the northern sid share similar spauling and rebar fractures. This particular pier supports the tensioning cables that hold the cantilever section to the pier supported roadway.

Also, I will add, although we are marine contractors we have nothing to do with that diabolical bridge, not our wheel house and it is impossible to report this damage to CAlTrans.
