Things to do around Sacramento

Just got back from the Crocker Art Museum. I'd been trying to get time for months to see the current exhibitions of Andy Warhol portraits which included a beautiful image of Prince. :(

The Crocker courtyard also has a very moving display from Ai Weiwei's Zodiac Heads.

Both exhibits end in a week or two.

If you're into ramen, Ryujin is damn good.

I freaken love Ramen!!!! GF has some allergies that prevent her from eating it now. :(

Hook & Ladder is a good place for breakfast/brunch

Lots and lots of good food in midtown.

Rivercats (baseball) is only in town tonight then they hit the road...

Ace of Spades might have some concerts to check out. Burgers and Brew next door is amazing.

Punchline Comedy Club might have someone funny

The Shady Lady on the R Street Corridor I mentioned earlier. Nationally noted for its cocktails I believe it has the feel you are looking for.

+1 on this place. Very chill and laid back. Don't expect your drinks to come right away either. They take their time with the craft, and it's great to watch.

Bottle and Barlow had the same vibe, in fact I am pretty sure one of the bartenders works at Shady Lady as well.
