The foreground is good in that pic but the background needs work.

I'm not as harsh of some folks but what is the purpose of the image? Is it a sig. for your posts? If so, it's cool. It'll get a brief look as I read your future posts but if it's going to be used as a promotional piece for something then I'd say the message gets lost because the audience doesn't know the intent of the image. Granted that may change if it's combined with ather elements.

Bottom line is as a stand alone piece it's not very informative. In a combo deal, I can't really speak to it.

One thing to think about is the fact that you have 5-10 seconds to attract someone's attention and have them retain the information. Once you're past that point the message is lost.

Ok...besides drilling into the picture for every sentiment and indepth value...what do you just think of the picture on first look...The rest I will take into advisement and maybe retake the shot in gear for sentiment and indepth thought. Also if you want we can discuss this offline in more detail about the symbolism and things of that nature.

Actually I was thinking SCUBA gear. The whole walking on water, parting the sea thing, just hits me wrong. The picture also has problems with the color and background and such, but if the basic message is wrong then the rest doesn't matter.
