The serious answer is that it doesn't matter.

Real transgender people have never felt that their bodies were the right gender.

Haven't you read any of the hundreds of articles that have been published over the last 20 years about people who even as small children had no interest in toys and play that were appropriate to their physical gender, but were obsessed with toys and types of play that were appropriate for the opposite gender?
Most of these have been about boys who as toddlers wanted to dress up in frilly clothes and play with dolls.
They could be attracted to men, or to women, but they're still living in a body of the wrong gender for who they are.

btw, boobs can be grown by taking large doses of estrogen. Men with "moobs" often have excess estrogen in their systems.
