Ok so here it is. Everyone loves guacamole right? Here is a nice spin I heard on the food network and I tried it and now everyone begs for it.

Make Guac
Avo
lime
Cumin
Salt
Tomato
onion
little bit of heat if that is what you like

Once that is all mixed up and you think you have made the best Guac evah you then add to the mix

blue cheese
bacon
light amount of sage

Mix it all up and OMG you will want to die.
