Cabrito, those tacos look delicious. I made some last night that weren't quite as pretty as yours.

This Friday kiddo and I are attempting homemade vegan ravioli. :D

Good luck on the ravioli! Our tacos are always good :teeth

I usually eat the Bulgogi at Mom's Tofu House near work in South SF, but I went for the Tofu salad yesterday and it was delish!

You damn hippie!!!

If kiddo and I achieve ravioli success I'll post pictures.

Any of you into grapes?

We've been eating these grapes from "Grapery". They have interesting flavors - "Cotton Candy", "Moon Drops" and my favorite "Gum Drops". If you've never tried them, go ahead and give them a try - this is good stuff.

I've had the cotton candy ones. They are great, but get a little sweet after awhile.

I'll check out these next time i see them.

Tofu, brown rice and salad from Chicken Meets Rice. I especially loved the Savory Ginger Sauce and the Singapore Chili Sauce

That picture makes me drool.

Kiddo took me to dinner and we had a veggie delight and a tofu crock. YUM.

I am back to being vegetarian all the time for no particular reason.

Vegan "chicken" and dumplings. Made from this recipe at Nora Cooks slightly modified. I added potatoes, more herbs than she called for, added rosemary, a splash of soy sauce, white pepper, some turmeric, and a few celery seeds.

We're waiting for the veggie pot pie to be cool enough to eat then trying a little of both for a late dinner.

I am trying to get good at pad see ew. I made a vegan version last week and it was OK. This week I cheated and used oyster sauce and added egg so I hope I will be forgiven. I had no gai lan this week :cry so I used regular broccoli. The flavor was pretty damn good. Once I get decent at cooking this drunken noodles are next.

I realize this isn't the prettiest but it was tasty. :x

cold noodles. i am completely addicted to them. boiled egg, some cabbage kimchi, tofu, and that’s beefless bulgogi i bought at trader joe’s. not bad. is actually better reheated. the cucumbers were thrown in a jar with sesame oil and rice vinegar for 30 minutes which gives a nice flavor
