The tail lights had me thinking Accord too, but the wheels do not appear to be split-spoke. They remind me more of the GTI 5-hole wheels.

There is no vent. You're seeing the end of where the crease meets the start of the wheel arch.
Its a Crosstour. Body lines, wheels and lower hatch and license plate panel match Shaggy's photos.

I agree with Map8 - a lot of matches here:
Crosstours were produced from 2009 to 2013 and they all looked pretty much the same
The black panel, shape of the tail light, reverse light in the middle of the tail light
The body creases at the door handle & rocker panel and the wheels:

Good point on the license plate, had focused on the side view.
I think that it's Honda styling, it's just a matter of finding the right one, could be the Civic soupe.

Also looking at pic #2, the deep sculpted line in front of the rear wheel on the rocker panel matches the crosstour.
