I won't say a sazerac is my favorite, but they are yum... The SpoonBar at H2 in Healdsburg mixes a KILLER one.
 
AMF, Tokeyo Tea, Long Island Iced Tea, Martini, Bloody Mary, Mimosa...

anything that has booze in it really.

Those ingredients together don't sound appealing, but it's a pretty cool "gimmick" drink. When I was in Cancun, a bartender made a similar drink without the coloring, and called it donkey sperm.
 
You guys can have your alcohol but if there's a better drink than Uncle Matt's orange juice I don't know about it.

Jon uses Bulleit, but I prefer Knob Creek or 4 Roses Single Barrel if I'm feeling "fancy" :laughing I make these all the time at home, I always have several bottles of Tia Maria & Bourbon stocked for rainy days. :teeth

I prefer Bourbon & Rye based cocktails.
 
Igniting the orange oil aerosol is a pretty badass idea
It showy and it serves a purpose taste wise too
 
I'm kind of a girlie-man in that I really like sweet drinks. Not ACTUAL girlie drinks like Cosmos, but just drinks that are pleasing to the taste buds and usually make you hardly realize that you are drinking alcohol.

In no particular order (other than how I thought of them):
Mai Tai
Long Island Iced Tea
Hurricane
Blue Hawaiian
Bahama Mama
Tree Smacker
 
Mojito, regular or basil

Don't let bartenders tell you it's played-out.......They're just being lazy and trying to discourage people from ordering a labor-intensive drink.

BTW, insist on real lime, not Rose's shit.

And cane syrup, not simple sugar.
