The best way not be to trolled is never to mention any personal information, including your sex, professional, age, or location.

I wrote something about my personal view about my debating, one which I am somewhat prepared to discuss and defend (somewhat is where I just give up on this).

So if you want to discuss my opinion about myself, I will respect anyone who mentions their own personal opinions about themselves.
