He lives in the bay area, I accidentally found his house. I was driving to drop off a friend, and he's like "huh, that house look familiar". He's big fan of Mark Rober, and showed me one of the videos, and I agreed that it's the same house :)

This is an off-the-shelf DJI FPV. Not the greatest flyer but great for long-range work because the GPS return-to-home feature is bullet-proof.
