Why do people avoid other people wearings vests?

This is the Crap I have to deal with LMAO ...
So look at the Msg I got and a Negative from him on my rep because of what I said. You tell me is this the mind set and type of person you would rather walk up to??? You tell me but when you make comments like this it shows what I'm saying about close and narrow mind...

Eisernkreuz :
Yeah because all cops are the same. Good people seek out good people, and scum seek out other scum. I don't know which camp you belong in yet.

He then gives me a negative---------:twofinger I will be seeing you at the track and guess what you will never know it was me until I pull my vest out of the truck. Dam Shame of you:wtf

A post like that is technically a no-no. It's considered baiting or chumming or something out of that complicated acryonym. :dunno

I dont think he gives a KA KA about his rep its the dont know where to put you thing.

"its the dont know where to put you thing"

? :wtf ?

Ok, the topic at hand. Wearing body armor, or any shit like that makes people think you're going to war. Nobody wants to be around when bullets fly. Simple enough to understand. You'd get the same reaction walking around with an unloaded gun on your hip.

If I rolled up on a group, all wearing vests, I would assume they are having a gang, I mean club meeting, so I wouldn't stop.

Especially if I wasn't wearing MY kevlar vest. :laughing

My point was, you can't justify being a good guy because a bunch of cops BS'd with you for a couple of minutes. There's plenty of shady cops that'll rob you blind given the opportunity. Just not a good excuse is all.

All I know is STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!

Most famous vest wearer I could think of, and EVERONE wanted to be around this guy and is sweater vest, so this completely debunks your people fear the vest theory.

That about sums it up.

If someone wears a vest on a bike: it screams "I'm better and/or different than you."

So if you are wearing a vest and flying colors, so be it. To me- that means leave you alone. The colors could read CMA or HA- it doesn't matter. Just not my cup o' tea.

However, even if I see someone flying their colors, if they are broken down on the side of the road or in shit- I'll still help them out.:thumbup

:)

I wear kevlar underwear, but not becuase Ima feared a gettin shot.

I am still not clear on why the OP needs a Kevlar vest?

This is how it works, chief. I see something posted, I agree or disagree with it, and rep accordingly. If I see something utterly idiotic, as much as it pains me to do it, I leave you a little note as to why I think you're wrong, instead of publicly humiliating you.

But then you go and post that comment on here in a pathetic attempt to look like you're the victim, and I find that fascinating :laughing But hey dude, you've got your vest and your literbike, you're such a badass, all the newbs who don't know shit must look up to you :thumbup Madd street cred, yo. Now if we could get you to quit crying over negative rep points, you'd be hard enough not to need a kevlar vest.

In other words, I'm not impressed

xshixy is actually a very nice guy, helps a LOT of riders daily and someone I look forward to chatting it up with again soon.:cool

Some here really don't know wtf they are talking about and continue to spewing their typical bitterness to feel better about themselves....whatever, same old shit.:|

Vest wearin peeps, do what makes ya happy!!! THAT is what's important in life.:thumbup

because when I go I don't want the cause of death to read "laughter" :laughing

I think Miran is a vest wearer too...

Aren't these issued to BMW owners? :twofinger

I wear a vest on my bicycle if it's cold, and when I'm working in my garage when it's cold, or when I first started riding a harley.
Vest are great to keep you warm and leave your arms free to move quickly to smack people on the side of the head.
:wtf
