for curiosity's sake:

Whats your bike's (s') cruising rpm at an indicated 70 mph on the slab?

which model bike? any gearing changes?

(edited) if you have multiple steeds, you may answer in more than one category.

to start, me:
zzr600 +1 / -1 (yes, taller) 5800 rpm

GPz, doood! Your statistical ranges overlap each other and are a research no no. :twofinger

2k6 CBR600rr, 70mph=6000rpm exactly.

Disregarding how much my speedo is off:

'02 Yamaha R1
effectively 4 down in the back (+1 front / -1 rear)*
mid-5000 rpm, maybe less at 70mph on the gauge

* 600's can actually stay with me at the start of front straights :laughing

recalling from memory

all stock gearings, all for 6th gear

650R i believe is somewhere around 5500-5700 rpm at that speed. I know 80mph = 6000 rpm (break in procedures)

the HD is 2600rpm at 70 IIRC... and im pretty sure 80mph is 3000 in 6th

i'll abstain for the r6, im sure someone else will post for it. kind of a popular bike

I can reach 70 in first gear at very near redline if I'm not mistaken :x

Ninja 650R Is around 5.7K real 70, and around 5.1K fake (indicated) 70. Bone stock.

GS500e bout 6.5K with the stock gearing, though am going down a tooth in the front this week and will have to see how that changes things...

@ 70mph, roughly 3800rpm, 6th gear, stock gearing.

Hmmm lets see if I can remember this correctly.. I THINK my redline in first gear is someplace around 80-85mph (speedo indicated) would assume it to be around 75-80ish
