Your Avatar? what's the story??

<--- I took a train and read a newspaper about Hamilton. I emerged victorious while beating a midget with a bicycle and a Jezza-monster with a boat to the location. Yay for metro!!!

My lack of avatar is the result of severe douchebaggery (not me perpetrating rather victim of) here in the sink.:afm199 I just got tired of people here and it was effecting my mojo in the land of sun and alcoholics. I blasted all of my info and stopped just short of disconnecting completely.:twofinger:twofinger
At the request and cajoling of some other KS regulars, I came back into the fold.
I have really learned to let shit slide off me in these past two years and I contribute less but still love the BARF and the KS and all of you bastards here, regardless of how incredibly annoying some of you can be some times.:twofinger:twofinger
Perhaps it is time for an avatar?

<---the last 12 years (of 16..that I can remember) of camping at the best spot on the track. I look at it and sigh. I'm thinking of changing it, but don't know what to.

Mine changes from time to time. At the moment, it's the back of my helmet.

Contemporary drawing of imagined scene of my ancestor scoping out the East Bay back in 1776. You'll notice Mt. Diablo if familiar with shape.

<------------ Just came off the track after a particularly fun session at Sears/Infini/Sonoma. My mate's wife took the shot and it seemed to capture how I feel about riding.

Mine is from a group ride many years ago (I bought a "lipstick" camera from some company in Canada; this is pre-Go Pro). Right before we left for Lake Berryessa, this particular rider proclaimed that he would never crash, and could not understand how anyone would crash.

On what is admittedly a somewhat tricky corner about 30 minutes into the crash, he ate it (you can see him doing an unplanned headstand in the right side of the image).

Random goofy dog pic. It's one of the Wegman Weimaraners running towards the camera.

March 15th, 2008 SuperMike Who was going by another name said "I saw this and thought of you" so I made it my avatar. Prior to that it was my first time ever on a race track. I have changed it to variations on the jolly roger when a PW has taken one for the team, but that is it.

splitter!

Beat me to it! :laughing

That is my buddys dog, Fossil. He lived next door, and we kept our window open so he could come over and visit.

I remember Fossil! Cool dog. :cool

It's Ogri. From a series that ran in the back cover of Bike magazine for decades. The guy always represented a real rider. It's aspirational, though I doubt I'll ever own a NorVin. :dunno

That is my buddys dog, Fossil. He lived next door, and we kept our window open so he could come over and visit. Fossil decided that when his dad was at work, he would go to work with me and my dog at the moto shop. He sat on the parts counter lots of the time. Injuns avatar is also of Fossil, making him the only dog with 2 avatars on barf that I know of, but still not owned by either member. He used to ride dirt bikes when he was younger, hence the doggles.

haha... such an awesome dog.!

Refrigerator magnet that I have...seemed apt :dunno

Candy I bought while in Peru. Means dick or penor in Japanese

I have changed my avatar a few times over the past years and my current one is a picture of Mamma Love and Son Love-the newest Chihuahuas living in my home.
They are excellent company and watch dogs...grrrrrrrrrbark!

Random dog picture I liked.

Wakesurfing at Shasta while chugging a whole beer - what the hell else could it be? I'd like to see one of those pussies at Mavericks do that.
