Your waterproof motorcycle has arrived with 160HP!

Fuck, right off Lost Isle in the delta we'd drink mai thai's and wait for the tankers to go by and then launch 40' off their 20' footers. Then get towed into Discovery Bay and do coke all night. Wait, did I just say that? Jet Ski's!!!

...to really rock, yes, to kinda rock, yes. My folks had a house in Discovery Bay for some years, we had a couple JS550s and they are pretty fun, though you really need some terrain to make it interesting. ...like the wake of a trawler or maybe the ocean...

unless it is a stand up, PWC are just small boats, and the water is... flat. Boring.

Danni/ Horsepower can rail on these. She should comment.

In my opinion.

Butch, I may have just found your real father.

Yeah, they were. Mine was sunk multiple times and hydrolocked twice from loaning it to beginners. Protip: Do not look down spark plug hole when you hit the start button on a cylinder full of water.

...and don't roll the two stroke ones onto their right side when off. That's all
Of them Get water into the cylinders. Guests always trying to climb on formthe side when they're off...

LOL WUT:rofl

Was your first bike a turbo busa?

Yeah, I would say stand ups are a bit more difficult than a bike. The balance thing is constant fight, especially with the turque thrust trying to twist the boat onto the right side.

I don't know. Seemed pretty intuitive to me. Of course I fall into the category of douchey behavior when riding so you all could probably ride circles around me on both. :twofinger

It's 2016 and still no traction control?
Or 6-axis imu, adjustable suspension, abs brakes, different power levels or ride by wire. Pfft.

That said I have riden a stand up in like 15 years, my knees couldn't take it even if I tried today.

Skipping is okay...splatting on a wake or chop is altogether a different matter :thumbup

It looks like Honda is jumping into the game.

Since they're still sold new in other states, is there some sort of VIN block if you try to register one here from out of state like red sticker dirt bikes?

I'm not sure, but when we registered the Seadoo RXP-X260's from Missouri, they wanted to see EPA stickers and shit on them. It was weird....weird because they let us send them a pic of of. WTF?

I see someone never got thrown off of a tube during "The Whip of Death".

Hate skipping across the water...

LOL, nope, never participated much in Water Sports. No water Skis, Tubes, Jet Ski, etc.
