Today I cut out all the mounts I made for the NSR shock and made new mounts to install my linkage and fox shock. I have no clue if this is going to work or not. I'm having a hard time finding any info on how to figure out the geometry for the linkage. I do know that running the linkage will make the spring rate non linear.
If anyone has any thoughts or comments on this set up feel free to let me know.
Are those braces that support the shock mounting points just tack welded for the time being? I'm no weld expert, but shouldn't those be welded all the way around?
Looks awesome! I really enjoy following build threads so far beyond the skills I have. And I love the ridiculousness of putting a 650 motor with nitrous in a tiny bike already prone to wheelies with much less power.
Yes Evereything was just tacked together to make sure it was where I wanted it. Its all welded up now.

Today I was able to get my tail section fitted and fiberglassed back together, I still need to do the finishing fiberglass work but its together and strong. I also made my exhaust mount and fitted my muffler.
BTW, what do you plan to do with the rear wheel alignment within the swing arm? It looks like you allowed for space on the drive side but none for the rear brake. Am I missing something?

I have no set date to have the bike running by. Its just a project I'm working on for fun. It would be nice to have it done before it starts getting cold out though.
As for the front forks they have 1 3/4" of travel at the moment but I might be putting a littel more length back into them before its all said and done.
Today I made an upper fairing mount and started reworking the lower to fit. I had to cut it in half and the cut most of the left side away to fit around the motor. I'm in the process of re making the left side to fit then I'll start on the right side as its not going to require anywhere near as much work to fit.
