ZOOM ZOOM TRACKDAYS

lol yeah so would I :laughing

go get one and then you get a free track day. Free track day+awesome bike=double win

I too, am a huge ZZ fan. Popped my cherry with them, so they will always have a special place in my heart :laughing

All the trackday providers provide service with a special twist. Z2 set the standard for instruction at trackdays and the special events and others raised their service. K@TT has always set the bar for safety and trackside services. We riders benefit from the competition. I don't understand why people rag on providers, they are bending over backwards to make us happy. Most smart people don't waste their time slamming McDonalds on the internet, if they don't like the food, they just go to Burger King.

One thing I've never seen, though. TDP providers might consider a client satisfaction survey after each day, it's part of business for most industries now. Gives people a place to vent without having to talk about why their anus is tender on the web.

That would make for a long day:( Better if anyone has a question, they can talk to Shawn or David anytime during the event:thumbup

Keith Code does it. Passes them out, makes a pencil available, leave them in a pile if you want. Or not. Takes 10 minutes max, Keith and staff read every one. Doesn't really matter to me, I'm always happy with my trackdays. Still, it's part of modern life the customer is always right. Could pass them out at AM reg, or just leave a stack and anyone who wants one could fill one out. I'm not married to the idea, like I said, I'm always happy, and I think all the providers do a great job. Some of these butt hurt trackday threads go on forever, and a few people use them to grind an axe for individuals, not the trackday itself.
