I could wear it as a cape. :laughing
Let me know if you go. We're going for sure. I have to see Rob Halford one more time before one of us dies... he truly is the Metal God!🤘

@Abacinator
Judas Priest @ Shoreline tix go on sale today!
I may need to borrow your battle vest. :laughing

Aww, Shoreline though :(
For whatever reason I had the Concord Pavilion in my mind. But I might have to buy tickets for Toto in August. My wife's birthday is in August and Toto are one of her favorite groups :thumbup

Yes, the pavilion would be so much easier.
Steve Lukather rocks! I saw him with Ringo's all-star band... really great show. "Hold the Line" is one of my favorite songs... "Africa" is one of my least favorite songs. :laughing

Fuck yeah, numbers are where they need to be. I think I get to go home tomorrow. Small chance it's today, but I'm counting on tomorrow.
Dang man how many days has it been? Since Saturday? Glad things are heading in the right direction though!

Nope. You should never brake with your left foot. In a panic stop you will reflexively stomp with both feet. If your left foot is on the brake then your right foot will mash the accelerator pedal to the floor. Left foot belongs on the dead pedal (or the clutch if equipped.) Drivers Ed 101.
some may have a different opinion:

Translation: when you're stressed, your control over moving your foot is inconsistent. It's therefore a scientifically supported notion that when you've got your left foot covering one pedal, and the right foot covering the other, pushing your left foot straight ahead onto the brake reduces the capacity for error.

Their opinion would be wrong. "Two footed" drivers don't know how to drive correctly. Other than being unsafe, they often smoke the brakes when their left foot starts resting on the brake pedal.

All I know is after driving a stick shift for the majority of my life, any attempts at using my left foot on the brake will result in loud screetching noises and a very abrupt stop :laughing

yes your opinion is superior to mine because it's yours
They put a reinforced "dead pedal" on the left side of the floor so if you're in a collision, ideally, you'll have your left foot on it and your right foot on the brake pedal... that's the best position to brace yourself.
Back in the 70's, when driver's education was an actual class you took in high school, the driving instructors would threaten to tie your left ankle to the seat base if you continued to brake with your left foot.
The superior opinion just happens to be mine because it's correct... it's certainly nothing personal. :kiss

After reading all of this I'm beginning to think my go-cart pedals are all wrong......

like I said I see it as an opinion, so I have mine and you have yours. :dunno
Dude, it's not my opinion... it's the correct way to drive. I'm not making this shit up. Go to dmv and take a driver's test. If they see you do it, they may not fail you for it, but they'll definitely say "don't do that". You can brake with your elbow for all I care, but it won't be correct. Do you really want to be that guy driving down the freeway with his brake lights on? That's cool... your brake pads, not mine. :laughing

My left ear is plugged, like it's water logged and it's not going away.

It's throwing off my equilibrium. Tripped walking upstairs and dropped my water bottle.

I am rather annoyed this morning.

oh my god you are so right" I'll go tell all those F-1 drivers they shouldn't brake with their left foot.

Well, you didn't tell me you were a race car driver... everyone knows the racetrack and commute traffic are basically the same thing.
Dude, you do you. But if anyone ever asks you to teach them how to drive, please say "No, I can't... I don't know how" :laughing
