Yeah, probably.

If the female wasn't deceased, she'd likely have been arrested with the rest of them. And they wouldn't be releasing her name either. The driver can probably be charged with her murder.
 
I'am so glad our kids turned out to be trouble free, nether one drinks or uses, I think I scared them with my antics I drink and smoke both, all the days of racing if you want to see daddy this weekend we have to go the race track or spend time at the shop.
They spend time with the kids at home or are off on an adventure.
Couldn't bear to experience the death of a child or grandchild.

Some threads really give you an insight to the way some of the people on this board think; and some are really shitty. 16 years old is a kid and kids make dumb decisions all the time.

Sure they do. But I think the feeling is that she is getting a pass from the media/community because she was female, 16 and pregnant. Being 16, female and pregnant doesn't make one an innocent bystander.

Maybe she wasn't aware of the activity of the other passengers and driver. Maybe she was aware and not participating. Maybe she was a participant.

The article is typical yellow journalism.

The real issue is missed, this is an economic and cultural tragedy.

A 16yo who made a bad decision is one thing. A family using her death through Go Fund Me as a lotto ticket is another. Typical and sad.

The family would probably still get the bill from the state since she was a minor.

Kind of crappy to complain about a goFundMe account by the family after they lost their child. If somebody wants to complain about that, there are many, many examples of ones to get outraged over.
 
Yeah they're not getting rich off their kid's death...and might genuinely need the money.

I won't be donating.

Stupid family, not having three or four thousand dollars set aside for a funeral in case one of their kids is killed.
They're totally trying to score fat cash off their dead daughter with that gofundme bullshit too. Probably just use it to buy another Escalade, amirite?
