This probably happens often...
I bought a Ninja 300 to learn on a few months ago. I never signed the title or took it to the DMV, and I don't want the bike anymore. I live in Oakland.
Should I just sell the bike as if I never owned it? Or take it to the DMV, transfer to my name, then sell it? The DMV lines are brutal here so I really don't want to do that. I'm not sure if there are legal repercussions for selling the bike now. After googling, it looks like I'm not 'supposed' to, but I can't find any definitive penalties for doing it.
