Entire West Coast Ride - Party in Half Moon Bay 9/7.

Tomorrow is a big day. Off to North Bend @ Coos Bay for an awesome Visit with some of the community at The Mill Casino. A almost all Oregon Coast ride is in store.

The group is working well. Secret hand signals, kind of close but staggered and respectful safe filming kind of riding is hella fun.

We are overwhelming our man BZ with footage.

Rocking at a Fire side chat at a great Bar in Astoria under the Bridge after a good ride. Life is good.

PS, The "man" burned last nite, after a full day of high wind and dust storm, the wind died @ dusk.

Ride Day 3

My phone is going dead

Challenging day. Lost time. No lunch to catch up picked up the hour and a Successful drone shoot.
Deer missed by all, but Enchanter had a front row seat and L8Braker was close enough to be involved. I was next man back...

Drone shoot at Heceta Lighthouse went great.

Awesome bridges, beautiful landscapes, great weather, good friends. All safe.

Interviews went great. The Mill was awesome to us.
More upon our return. I will fix the upside down shit too.

Not sure it might look better upside down. Making me jelly.

Another good day. Short ride ... 144 miles but a shit ton of good stuff.

Oregon coast fucking rocks...!

I had to plan all this shit around the journey. So far pretty damn good shit. I am quite pleased.

A couple drone shoots, rider interviews, fog line blow by, and 3 of us risked it all by riding out on the pier in Crescent City. BTL

More conservative approach due to our deer deal yesterday.

Seven Devils road delivered. Kept looking in my rear view for a player. Very disappointed to strafe alone but a blast

Turning did not help Get it right tomorrow, going to be toooooo Hot in Stockton forecast is 115 WTF. I am headed for the Half Moon Bay Campground today. May leave the MBP home. Ride safe and stay cool.

Yep, this heat wave has us staying inside (Pleasanton) and hoping PG&E doesn't cut our power like they did in Livermore and Dublin yesterday.

There will be an overlap from travel today.
I will be moving down to Myers Flat, so I will be passed somewhere on the 101.

BARF ONWARD

Day 5

Some drama today. Makes for good film

Started with DR SLO getting a screw in his tire at De Martin Beach.
2 failed plug attempts but the second held to get him to Eureka to get a new skin.
He is a Bridgestone man but a Michelin emergency by Pacific Motorsports had him back chasing us down. We skipped lunch to make up an hour of lost time so Lonster only got to hang with us at a gas station stop. Red Bull, water and a kind bar would have to do. We got out just 6 minutes behind schedule. The 5 of us went redwood hunting.

SLO skipped the Avenue of the Giants meeting us at 101 and Leggit. Drama 2 was L8Braker getting over heated and us going to a CalFire station in Weot.

It was 110 degrees and grueling. The fire guys were great. Water, electrolyte drinks, ice helped all of us. Mamola had vitals checked and after an hour a signed AMA had us rolling. We all were soaked with water, stuffed ice bags in our gear and back in the road about a 1/2 hour behind schedule...

We met SLO at Leggit/101 and downed more water dropped new batteries in our GoPros and hit the twisties. 2wheelswideopen and I rocked the road in an epic way..so much fun!! Shot in super slo mo so should be sweet.

We group up in the now 64 degree weather at the outlook and went to pudding creek trestle for a drone shoot. Ian our pilot rocked. We got killer shots!!

A shower and dinner took us to Milano Bar and some fun. Mamola avoided the booze to make sure he would be good for the ride tomorrow but joined us.

Good fun. Some epic riding. Saw 111 degrees and found that 102 felt cool.

18 months of planning and the week you go we have a record heat wave. Sounds like you’re all having a memorable time for sure.

Good to see all you guys, even if it was just for a few minutes.
Glad you had fun riding Leggett to the coast. It's a super fun, super tight 22 miles of moto excitement. And the cool air when you hit the coast is always welcome.
