*2004* Why is it that at least half of all Ducati riders can't ride for chit?

Sorry, a 2:12 on a modern 600 is not fast.

But I won't argue with you as you obviously know what you're talking about and I'm sure I could learn plenty from you on the street and track.

Once again, I have less than 1 year of riding experience and I'm happy with my times. I know theres a shitload more I need to improve on but maybe after I have 2-3 years of riding experience I'll be able to join you the sub 205 times. :rolleyes

I've read some of your postings and just dismissed them as ramblings from a youngster who simply doesn't no better and is screaming for attention. But when you make such an ignorant blanket statement like this you truly show your lack of class and experience and are begging to be called out.

First of all, who the hell are you to bitch about the riding habits of anyone regardless what they choose to ride.

And second, I wonder how many people pass you on the track and think to themselves, "Why is this wuss riding so slow on a 600?"

You do not have the seat time to start judging other riders. Track days are for riders of all skill levels on any bike they choose to ride. If slow riders wanna cruise around the track on a Ducati, so be it. They pay good money just like you and don't need your patronizing attitude. I could care less what people choose to ride so long as they do not present a danger to others.

And before that head of yours swells any more, I know several racers who can turn 2:12s at T-Hill on 32 horsepower EX250's. So don't go feeling too good about yourself just yet.

Right On Dude :thumbup

Oh, and someone should put a big warning thread on BARF

***WARNING***
IF YOU DO NOT RUN SUB 2 MINUTE LAPS AT THUNDERHILL YOUR OPINION IS WORTHLESS NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY OR DO

Yet in that brief time you have become quite the fountain of information...without the slightest shred of humility or tact.

Jesus, I can't believe I got sucked into a thread with Wrong - woops I mean Frong. What can I say, I was just looking for an excuse to avoid work today. Damn I'm weak.

Fountain of info? Not really...just stating what I have seen/experienced as I ride more and more. And so far half a dozen people have messaged me saying "Yea dude I agree with you but I can't post it because BARF will hate me forever"

Assholes.

Sami you're my bud and everything... but you are making youself look like a dickhead borred out of his mind.

You only think they can't ride for shit because they attract attention. If you blow by a wobbling F2, you'll hardly notice. But if you pass by a 999, I'm sure you'll scoff at it. What's the difference? $15,000.

Any I'm willing to be there are fewer wobbling 999s (percentage-wise) than F2's.

(I mean no offense to any F2 owners. The F2 was my first bike and taught me a lot about riding, even though it tried to kill me.)

Hahah nice. Can you make that avatar size for me? And make it lower a bit so it looks like I'm going faster. Thanks.

He needs a big helmet to fit all his hair in. That should work now
