OMG, I had no idea how Smith dominated the whole West.

I figured the name would be the major one in Utah, where Joseph Smith,
( a 12 year old boy, that made up a story of being visited by God and Jesus, and some angels)
founded the Mormon religion...

I'm not surprised. I come across a lot more Hernandez and Garcias than Lopez.
