Me and Mrs Cabrito have been working on our plans with the major issue being healthcare. I'm hoping to stop the full time working next year or maybe the year after.
I've been planning on living on half of what I make now so I'm trying to get our main vehicle replaced with something new. I'm also working on my Moto plan so I have some nice fresh bikes for the future.
For sure I plan to work some sort of part time, or gig work for supplemental income.
I can't wait to stop working the full time job.. I guess every year I postpone the SSI check gets better. If I start next year I'll be 62.

First thing we did is paid off the mortgage.
We live on far less than half what we made combined the last few years of working.
And now SS is kicking in (we waited till 70 as we wanted to do a bunch of Roth IRA conversions before we took SS), and we don't need that money so will be gifting some of that to our daughter.
She doesn't need the money either as her and her husband are doing just fine but unlike us they have no problem dropping $$$ on fancy tasting courses at snazzy restaurants or staying at fancy pants hotels.
