Reminds me of visiting my dad for 4th of July. We end up buying shit-ton of fireworks to shoot off over the lake and we get at least 3 of these:

If you notice the rounds have a little, twine loop on top through which the fuse runs so they can be dropped into the mortar tube in the correct orientation. Invariably one of my duller nephews tugs the fuse out of the twine and drops the round in upside down. Every. Friggin. Year. Thankfully we have two more tubes after one of them is obliterated.
