*****Anyone missing a 2007 GSXR 600 "RED/WHITE*****

I called him and ask him about meeting up at his place so i can buy the forks. The forks is still on the bike so he will need to remove them first. Okay, what is your address and he got scared. We can't met at his place cause the bike is still there. We have to met up at the parking lot.

Stolen Bike

Check out the post from Ghostrider510 on his stolen 07 GSXR600. His bike was stolen just a while back.

Would you be willing to talk to Oakland PD? Call 510-777-3333 for their non emergency number. I was going to call them and report it but since you actually talked to the seller it may carry more weight.
 
hey Mickey, you can try calling the seller and see whats the story. Then, you can decide if calling Oak PD is the right decision.
 
Yeah that is shady as hell. Could someone shed some light on what possible reason someone would have all those undamaged parts for if it wasn't related to theft? I mean if it was for track fairings he'd still need half that stuff right? if he'd crashed it, it wouldn't be immaculate...etc. am i missing something? Do people ever just part out brand new bikes for profit or something?
 
he wants $850 for everything. Full fairing with gas tank, headlight, both wheels, complete forks, subframe, gauge, upper stay........everything but the frame and motor.

I called him the other day, and asked him what parts he has available.

Guy: "I have pretty much whatever you might need, just name it."

That was a shady enough answer for me.
 
So did anyone call this in? Oakland PD doesn't seem to have an email link. They should.

this is the exact same seller me, just j, and another fellow barfer talked to. we all agreed that a is damn right stolen bike. doesnt give his name, doesnt know the mileage of the motor when i asked, he said he doesnt ride it and got a new bike, claims its his but has to talk to his friend about it first, etc.
