Hi all-
There are tons of great suggestions; I'm still vetting out all the potential control and mounting options.
JMardy's mondomotos look most promising at this time with something like the photonblaster controls for switch and flash duty. Ideally, I'd like to have them integrated in to my highbeam switch.
I like the clearwaters and am familiar with them as my riding buddy/neighbor has them mounted on his 1200rs (he's an ironbutt member approaching 800k miles

!). Their size, even though small, is one of the factors I'm considering and have seen some alternatives that are even smaller and less intrusive to the bike's lines allowing more mounting options.
I, too, have frame sliders; however, I'm not too keen on mounting anything on them and the lights might be less than effective on the Gen II without significant modification of the slider's or the mount itself. The beam would be inhibited by the radiator guard/cover so I'm thinking of mounting very close or inside of the nose fairing.
To me, this location will be easier to hide the associated wiring and mounting hardware and allow easy access and removal if necessary...I'm all about "easy"
Thanks, so far, for all the suggestions and pics. If you've got any more, please post 'em up!
