Bad crash

Looked up the location on Google Earth... Big sweeper turn right before this intesection. Looking at truck travel distance to area of contact and thinking of Loaded truck acceleration rates..... High probability that rider was traveling too fast for the conditions and when the truck driver started to make the left turn, the rider was still out of his sight around the turn. Fresno PD Collision Reconstruction Team is doing the investigation.... they will find out for sure.

Damage in the photos is not surprising... what I found interesting is the amount of rearward displacement backward for the motorcycle.... that is an indication of higher than normal speed at impact.
