BARFTRON HOMEBASE

The good thing about desktops is that the components are modular. Unlike CPUs and GPUs, which get outdated relatively quickly, quality PSUs can be kept and reused for years and years.

Building a PC isn't for everyone, but it is relatively simple. If you can follow instructions from a manual, you can assemble a computer. I equate it to cooking dinner at home. It's not always cheaper, but for the same price, the parts are generally better.
 
damn got sniped, took em like a minute to kill me, but i never saw where they were coming from.

lost my M4A3 with acog/red dot sort of thing and light attachment, big backpack, night vision goggles, tons of other tools... sad.
 
He's probably happy as fuck for scoring NVGs. Probably already has a pair, but people like squirreling shit away in a tent or truck somewhere.
 
Oooo and www.dayzcommander.com has a much better launcher than that piece of shit Six Launcher. You can easily filter day or night time servers, 3rd person, current version, etc.
 
well my buddy was with me, they shot at him but he lived. then we guess they disconnected or just ran away for some reason. buddy was able to loot my body, but a lot of my gear wasnt there anymore =\
 
Fuckers that disconnect and server hop...ugh. Just when you thought there wasn't anyone lower than the asshole who dashboards in a COD match and the whole game just is erased and everyone is dumped back into the lobby.

Saw a YouTube where the guy hopped to another server, repositioned, then went back and flanked the guy who shot at him.
 
yea it is a lame strat people use... thankfully game takes 12 years to load so if you have any belief they disconnected just book it
 
When you can get on one that is. Seems like half the servers I try to join just lock up and I see a black screen with nothing more than "loading" on it forever. I have to alt tab out and close piece of shit ArmaII and try again.
 
i havent had too much trouble finding decent servers that work. i started using this launcher called dayz commander, works a lot better than six for finding a server. I still load up six launcher first to make sure my beta is up to date but i find servers with dayz commander
 
If anyone is interested, I am hosting a Minecraft :)rofl) xbox-day for my kid tomorrow. I know some of y'all play the game, even if you don't want to admit it.

It's the dumbest addicting game ever. Graphics suck, game play is so simplistic, yet I am hooked playing with the kid. We have some pretty extravagant castles going on.
 
Can't get into it. Even if I had the best gaming PC evar, it still looks like awful 8bit graphics.

I can totally see myself getting into trying to build the sickest house/castle of all time. But not with those graphics. Not to mention that I don't kill spiders with some pick ax...I use fire. And I've seen some people burn their whole damn world down playing with fire in that game.


DayZ on the other hand...I'm actually on a life where I've lasted more than an hour. Looted the army tents at the Cherno hospital many times now without incident. Tempted to venture to Stary whatever or the NW airfield to get some really good shit.

I learned the hard way not to leave the game when I'm in a building of any value. When I started playing again and came back there was someone in the same room when I spawned back in. Bang! Instant death. Yay.

Mine craft is also an XBLA game now. Hell, I even have the demo on my nexus 7, I just know not to grtnthe full band unless I don't need to o outside for a week.
