Then jump on the ledge and follow it all the way to the right side of the building where you'll climb another hanging scaffolding which leads to the roof of the building.

Jumping to the first scaffolding is pretty damn hard to master, I still can't get it down right. Once you're up there, you've got a great view of the map. Make sure to equip your tactical insertion so you don't have to worry about getting up there since it's pretty difficult.

Yup, I've practiced this for about an hour straight and still couldn't get it right. Someone told me it makes it easier if you let go of the joystick immediately after the jump, I have yet to try it.

thats the key. i died about 10 times for each succes until i figured that out, never miss it when i try now. its not worth all the bitching you will hear and everyone knows about it and looks for it now. some of the guys i play with will save an airstrike all game just for when someone gets up there.

Personally I just like to run around High Rise and tear sh!t up. This is a fun stage to run around, pop up behind people, and peak around corners. Sniping gets boring and I never really got good at it, too impatient.

BTW I've been so addicted the last week. Been playing like 4 hours a night. Just broke 65 last night. I'm getting much much better at this game, making top spot on Ground War rounds several times. Sometimes I get bored though and run a shield though which fucks with my ratio. But it's so much fun making people panic when you walk up to them with a shield. Riot Shield w/ a Throwing Knife (+ Scavenger) makes for some hilarity.

p.s. Does anybody know if your challenges reset after you prestige? That is, can you re-attain the bonus XP you get by completing the challenges over again?

everything except your titles and icons reset when you prestige. you also gain a custom class slot and you unlock more challenges.
 
I was addicted enough to worry about my rankings and trying to remain close the 1,000,000 in score/kills.

Everyday, logging in to see how much I'd fallen overnight.

Now, with my TV broke since before Christmas and not getting looked at until the 4th, I cry because my ranking will probably be at 5,000,000's.

lol, makes me think of a buddy that was insane at CoD4. he was ranked in the top 200 on the kills leaderboards.
