best ducati forum??

Ducati.ms used to be top notch for Ducs. Don't visit too often anymore, but I think there are still a lot of knowledgeable folk over there.

What I remember from ducati.ms... "You can't put the site administrator on your "ignore" list." Say one bad thing about Ducati and that guy is all over your ass as if he owned a controlling interest in their stock. Fanboi-ism on that site is maybe worse than Apple.

ducatis are owned by ill tempered knuckle dragging illiterati. they can't use forums because they talk with cartoonish hand gesticulations. good luck

Don't forget Trannys. As all Ducati are girl bikes, men who ride them are cross dressers. :laughing

You're just jelly! :twofinger

After owning a Duc I don't think I can go back to an I4 Japanese bike unless I plan on putting a ton of miles on it or if I planned on doing track days again, then I would opt for something made in Japan.

No, it's just logic. Any bike designed with looks as a priority over a flexible and minimal maintenance schedule is a fashion accessory. Ducati is the fancy designer purse of Motorcycles.

;)

Then I'll proudly pose with that designer man purse at the local Starbuck! :D

I don't like ugly firearms either! :x

in regards to spending 4k on a full system for maaaaybe 5 hp to the wheels.

me: what is the point of spending 4k on some full exhaust for such little gains that you wont notice anyway?

4k will pay for a helluva lot of trackdays and or racing schools.

maybe im just old fashioned? /QUOTE

other guy: Its not about the power. Its about the "feel" /QUOTE

:wtf

So following your logic, guys who make decent money and can afford a maintenance schedule as a price for an elegant looking bike, are cross dressers. There goes my plans :cry

Shiny bikes in general are for girls. The more money you spend on a bike, the faster it should perform and the better it should handle. Upgrade the shit out of the engine and suspension. Performance pipes and the whole nine yards, but a motorcycle should only ever look like something unfriendly and mildly alarming to the uninitiated.

Hey, it takes a dude that is comfortable with where his nuts hang to be open about liking girly shit. Me, I'll admit to liking Gaga, which is TOTAL homotown. All good, I just get irritated when guys get together and try and promote girl shit like it's not. Embrace your inner diva. :laughing

You like lady Gaga? Holy cow. :teeth

My coworker sat on mine and revved the engine a few times. He then accused me of loving it for the vibration. :laughing

I actually think she is pretty admirable as an artist. I've reviewed her body of work and I think it is pretty avant guarde, despite the Madonna cliche.

Sorry, I leave girl bike expertise to girls. Well done.
