Breaking Bad, Cont'd. (SPOILERS!!!)

yeah, i don't think they will kill jesse. but i do think the plot is about to get a lot more complicated :laughing

think hank is about to find out. then what?

good article/blog whatever in sf gate on the show

With Jesse pinched, they have to kill him. Unless they can contrive another way out, and let's admit last season's way of getting him out was a wee bit contrived.

personally I love it when a show kills off a main character. I hope they do kill Jesse off. I dont see it happening anytime soon though. Last nights show was about as far as they can take the "set up" episodes. Shit has to start happening now. I expect the action to pick up in the next few epidsodes.

I can't stop thinking Malcom in the Middle's dad is a Meth Cook!

Love it when My name is used by a feature character on a great show! :thumbup:thumbup

Great comments on Tim Goodman's SFGate blog.

Jesse's product is a legitmate rival to the Gus-Walt meth, but he can't produce anywhere near the quantity. Will Gus allow the competition? (Doesn't matter, Hank is going to bust Jesse!)

Hey I wonder if Hank would make Jesse a confidential informant and have him infiltrate the Heisenberg-Pollo operation.

Once Hank learns Heisenberg's identity I think he'll make an alliance and provide protection. Before this happens his DEA career will slide further and/or his PTSD will become a major career obstacle.

I loved it that WALT signed the divorce paper and basically told Skylar to go fuck herself.

Pollo Man might off Jesse since he's too much of a risk.

I saw this picture on the AMCTV Website (supposedly from the next episode) and this is what I'm reading into it.

Hank is closing in on Jesse and Jesse calls Walt to try and call off Hank or do something. Walt will probably feel sorry for Jesse and they will reconcile cause I think Walt really likes Jesse and knows that he is the only person that can make a difference in Jesse's life. He'll also probably feel super guilty if something happens to Jesse. They'll team up again but this time Jesse will know his place.

walt did have pretty strong feelings for jesse: remember when he and jane's father were sitting at the bar discussing their "problem children" walt referred to jesse as his nephew. in the real world, jesse's meter has run out, but on the show, think you need jesse's character to keep it interesting.

i'd still like to see ted killed, slowly and painfully: what a douchebag. i dislike him more than skyler, he just looks like someone i'd enjoy punching in the mouth

I agree with all of that except the last line. I don't think Jesse will know his place. I think the tension between them is what keeps their relationship interesting. If all of a sudden they get along great, and they team up again, it will be too difficult to create an antagonist that can't kill Walt, or put him in jail. And I don't think Skylar is in a strong enough position to become too much of an antagonist at this point.

As a side note, I have to imagine Walt JR. is going to morph into something new. If not this season, the next season for sure.

I thought Ted cooking his books was an opening for Walt to launder money via Skyler.

I saw it immediately as a road to forgiving Walt for breaking the law. The episode where she put Ted on the spot about it, and he responded with the same reason Walt did sealed the deal. Now she is having second thoughts because she realizes that she isn't 'above' the situation she had at home. But now it's too late... but I'm very curious to see where they go with the Walt/Skyler relationship in the future episodes. Does Walt move out? Does he take the baby and Walt Jr. with him? Is he going to use her admission of infidelity as a bargaining chip?

Damn that was good!

From the tribal cop who grabbed a real gun when he stumbled upon a murder, to the end of the RV, that episode rocked. Of course I liked the junkyard man telling Hank to piss off. Speaking of Hank, is he phucked or what? I knew Gus would look out for Walt but I didn't see that coming. I see an epic battle between Hank and Cousins Con Axe.

that was an awfully good episode. i thought mr pollo was going to give up jesse, not hank. some interesting story lines developing here

Yeah I agree. I still think Jesse needs to be killed. It'll be interesting to see how the show goes about justifying his existence. Unless they do the needful and kill him off like I hope they do.

Sneak peak at AMCTV gives you some insight into the cartel brothers when they were younger.

Goddamn I love this show. Polloman green-lighting Hank. The man is ruthless.

I thought for sure Hank was gonna lose it in the hospital and cap some peeps. He had an Incredible Hulk moment there when he found out he'd been tricked.

It was REALLY hilarious the way the two (Nerdy) Chemists have bonded.

The writing of this show is genious!!!!

saw that.

also, we find out that gus is south american. interesting, i'm guessing columbian, maybe has a long standing relationship with the mexican cartels going back to the coke smuggling days.

i really pray that jesse gets whacked..im so sick of his "yo" and "bitch" in every sentence.. seriously..who wouldnt have slapped him by now in real life?

Agreed. It's getting good!

That lab is quite nice and totally on the down low. Pretty obvious that the "war on drugs" is a battle not really worth fighting. A new method needs to come about.

I liked the first ep where the gangsters were crossing the border, left the benz, then capped everyone in the hay bale truck! That seemed a little over the top IMO. :wow
