pollo is hands down the baddest character on that show.
i can't wait to see what they do with him.

i love that he's a complete nerd and loser on the outside (working at El Pollo), but his $3M/3month offer shows he's the exact opposite - cool as a cucumber and a heavy weight; a big player.

the writers hinted (i thought they made it a bit obvious) that pollo is going to threaten walt's family to get him to start baking again.
 
I thought tonight's episode was going to be a 'filler' episode where they just bring in some characters and set the stage, but what a great ending. I'm on the edge of my seat over here.
 
Holy shit! Why does Mr. Pollo want to surveil Walt's home? If Mr. Pollo has enough control over the Mexassassitwins to call them off, who sent them in the first place? Did Mr. Pollo contact the twins' directly or did he get in touch with their boss? (BTW, was that a paper factory he was working at?)

Is Skyler going to get a restraining order against Walt? She told him to back off and threatened him with one, then he entered the locked house.

Is there any chance Skyler is going to put her boss together with Walt to launder money?
 
I'm not even going to attempt to guess what is going to happen next. This season has already started out crazy.

Mr. Pollo was not the one who hired the private eye- it's was the slimey lawyer Saul--- although they must all work for Mr. Pollo....?

Skylar will NOT get a restraining order for Walt. I thbk that she 'may' take him back, after she heard what her boss said about "doing it for his family"....

What a GREAT show. I loved how Jessie f'd his Parents and bought their house for $400K.

That Nursing Home scene was AWESOME!!!!!

I think my new favorite character is SAUL the lawyer.

Jesse to Mr White last season "We don't need a gangster lawyer, we need a lawyer who is a gangster" or something like that...

awesome first 2 shows already. I almost don't want to watch 2-3 episodes so I can get a 2-3 hour fix instead of just one. Time flies when you're watching this show.
 
What I want to know is: How did the old man know his real name was Walter White? In all the episodes involving Tuco, he was always referred too as Heizenberg.

Whoa, missed the first 13 minutes. So the PI called Saul who called Mr. Pollo, who either called the twins or their boss.

Great scene with Saul but totally fake how that played out. Who else knew there was a meth lab? His parents would know it was Jesse squeezing them to buy the house at half price. (BTW, are there any $875K homes in ABQ?)

I like how that eyeball is Walt's connection to the bad things that have happened (or can happen). He keeps it as his reminder. What's perfect is that it's an eyeball.

Tuco had their wallets and actually read out their real names in that one scene in the old man's house. :nerd
 
i think:

- the twins were sent by the cartel in juarez
- the cartel is looking for payback both because of tuco and because "heisenberg" was operating in their territory without them
- mr pollo is connected to the cartel but didn't know they were sending someone to get walt, so he's an associate, a major one who can call off/ delay hits, but he isn't a shot caller
- saul was trying to get walt to go back to cooking and hired the surveillance guy at mr pollo's request
- mr pollo is going to continue trying to get walt to voluntarily resume cooking, but eventually he may use the cartel threat

otherwise:

- loved jesse low balling/ extorting his parents over the house.
- using the ouija board to get walt's name from the old man was great
- saul remains my professional role model and i could only aspire to be as sleazy as him one day
- i'm going to change my first name to something jewish sounding [ i'm thinking "mortie" or "hymie"] and get some "LWYER UP" plates if i can :cool
