Breaking Bad, Cont'd. (SPOILERS!!!)

I found this on the 'net (that I invented)=

AMC and JOLT Energy Drink have announced a nationwide campaign featuring Breaking Bad on JOLT cans, promoting season three of the Emmy Award-winning series. Beginning late this month, Breaking Bad tune-in information will be featured prominently on the front of more than one million JOLT cans, available at approximately 6,000 retail locations nationwide. The campaign marks the first-time Jolt has incorporated third-party promotional information into its can design.

i think:

- the twins were sent by the cartel in juarez
- the cartel is looking for payback both because of tuco and because "heisenberg" was operating in their territory without them
- mr pollo is connected to the cartel but didn't know they were sending someone to get walt, so he's an associate, a major one who can call off/ delay hits, but he isn't a shot caller
- saul was trying to get walt to go back to cooking and hired the surveillance guy at mr pollo's request
- mr pollo is going to continue trying to get walt to voluntarily resume cooking, but eventually he may use the cartel threat

Pretty much nailed it. :thumbup

If you want to understand the exact involvement of Pollo and the Mexican Cartel, then go to AMCTV.com and watch a sneak peak of next weeks episode. It explains the connection pretty well.

I really love how last night show was more about setting up tension then showing alot of action. Really impressed by the writing on this show.

I have mixed feelings over Jesse screwing his folks over. While in his mind, they did really mess up his life, in their minds, they had no other choice. I mean, if Jesse was your kid, you can only support his drug habits for so long. And in the slice of life they are showing with this series, it happens to be the breaking point for them. I can see both sides, but I definitely didn't feel like the lowball offer was complete justification. But it was definitely interesting plot twist imo.

...Really impressed by the writing on this show.
the majority of the writing has been by the show's creator, Vince Gilligan, whom you might remember from the X-Files, where he co-wrote episodes like Leonard Betts and Memento Mori.

as for Jesse stealing the house from his parents, I'm not sure where that's going, unless he sets up shop in the basement again. Or is he going to flip the house for a quick profit?

FUUUUUU!

I know what did it, I answered, "A bank? You've already smoked all your hard-earned money before the thought of a bank enters your head."

There's a couple of featurettes ON DEMAND that are cool.

Baddest Moments with descriptions by Vince.

:teeth

THAT FUCKING BITCH!!!

OK, I feel like I'm watching a soap opera for dudes, but damn.

I'm glad the whole Gus-Cartel connection is clear now.

Great show. Again, not much action, but they keep building the tension, and every week they add a new wrinkle to the plot. It's really impressive writing.

This seemed more like a filler episode; it did tie up some of the plot lines though. I'm not surprised she fucked the boss, they've been hinting at that for a long time.

here's a thought: money won't motivate him, neither would death, but walt agrees to cook for mr pollo in return for a "favor": ted's head on an exploding turtle :laughing

looks like hank is a little ptsd about going back to el paso

btw, danny trejo can't pass for a mexicano with that accent :x

he sounds like a chicano that hasn't spoken much spanish since he was a kid: which is probably the case

I'm not surprised she fucked the boss, they've been hinting at that for a long time.

yeah, that's been brewing for a while. think the "why" and the "when" was kind of interesting though

polo guy is going to threaten to kill walt's family - that will get walt back into manufacturing meth.

the entire season walt has been stressing how he's doing all this for his family.he also told polo guy his family is all he's got (so polo guy will try to take it away to get walt to make more meth).

skyler fucked ted to get walt out of the house without resorting to calling the cops.
walt's going to go ballistic next episode - not sure if he'll leave he house.

jessie looks like he's trying to cook again without walt's help but it's not going to work.

Definitely curious to see how Walt deals with the Skylar/Ted situation. One thing I'm sure of, is that it won't turn out the way Skylar thinks it will.

as for Jesse stealing the house from his parents, I'm not sure where that's going, unless he sets up shop in the basement again. Or is he going to flip the house for a quick profit?

i think he just hates his parents that much.

i didn't think there was anything more to it (it does make for an interesting tangent to have his parents know jessie hates them) - but we'll see how it plays out.

i would expect the house to be used for the meth lab but i don't think that's the main reason he bought the house.

I just want Walt to go crazy and kill that bitch!!!!

What a hoe!!!

She always had a thing for Ted, obviously, and just used her tiff with Walt as an excuse to have sexxorz with him and try to get a free pass. Fuck her.
Walt may have done a lot of things but he ain't a cheater. That's freaking personal.

My wife was asking me why I loathe Skylar soo much to the point of heckling her everytime she's on the screen. Cause she's a bitch, that's why :laughing
