Bump if you rode into work today

I ride in every day but decided to grab another picture. I had to find a new place to park since the trees I usually park under have started gracing the parking lot with nice fine green dust.

Looks like you have been able to keep it clean :thumbup

Good to be back riding after babysitting a dog up in Marin.

What kind of dog? How long were you in Marin?

The beast is in...

I am starting to get antsy, it's the third day since I've ridden my beast and I think it affects my mood :wtf

I was up there for five days.

Yeah, there is something mystically decompressing about being able to make the trip to/from work in 20 minutes regardless of the time/traffic and the ability to not give two fucks about all the other commuters. My scooter is way more than I need for what it's currently being used but there's something to be said for riding what amounts to be the humming bird of motos during commute traffic. :thumbup

Rainy days and Mondays.

I didn't ride into work today so I won't be posting a picture. This morning, as I was kissing my honey goodbye, she sleepily asked me not to ride. She knows stuff.

still recovering from snotty cold that turned into flu (in bed for 48 hours with a fever) so no bike for me all week this week (unhappy face)... coughing and snotty nose in a helmet is no fun! see Cookie's and HoneyB's bikes in town yesterday though

nearly clear now so back on it next week

My butt is wet.

I won't ride in the first rain or two - too many stupid car drivers trying to remember how to drive in the rain, plus the roads are WAY to slick - not a place to be commuting for 40 minutes on a big sportbile...so ferry it was for me today.

Good call - I was stressing about riding in today since my little WR isn't the most stable bike on the highway in dry conditions, but it did great today. The little lane dots upset it way more than my heavier bikes in the wet, though. Had a little scare on the way in just now when I rode over one while splitting and decided to steer way clear of those for the rest of the ride.

Dem burnouts, tho...

I was so tempted to try one when I was at an intersection sitting on the wet paint. Good thing I don't know how to do one. :laughing

plus the tires you have fitted are not exactly perfect for wet conditions :laughing

awwwww come on Cookie... slam on the front brake and keep it on... raise the revs and dump the clutch.. keep your butt outta the seat and you can push the bike back and forth sideways with your thighs...

will come out at lunch and show you! with your bike of course! :rofl

Understatement of the century :laughing

Although I still have more appropriate tires in the garage, just would have required pulling wheels and swapping - but had enough going on this week as it was :x

Bump

Thankfully my new rear master cylinder works very well. I couldn't test it yesterday due to all the rain. :)
