I read somewhere that they were third party valuated at $12? Does anyone know what their share structure is? I imagine some shares are internal and some are publicly traded? Curious about where $12 puts the company valuation at.

as I said when it 1st went public... it's can't maintain the initial success when it's only a 1 trick pony. 7% company layoff coming, kinda ironic the owner just bought a giant yacht.....
 
Linkedin up 48%. I was listening to a dude on tv or radio last week plugging that stock. Making a case for it being way undervalued. Of course there's someone plugging a gopro everyday but can't buy them all.
Wonder what Microsoft's plan is for this one.
