Okay, ya' got me. I'm a fraud. I only pretended to be interested in popular culture to meet the girls of cosplay.
 
This is like mis hearing words to a song. Once you understand it, you can't go back. These were opaque colored blobs, but once I figured out Batman, they all lit up.

But, up to that, yea, like those magic eye pictures back in the day -- I wasn't seeing it at all.
