I was in the Denver airport when my flight was delayed. Had to wait in a long line to get rebooked. The jerk just in front of me was a total ass to the agent, and she stayed cool. I told her someone needed to apologize for that guy and said I am sorry she was treated like that. I also told her I could not have stayed calm like she did. She thanked me and told me they have ways of dealing with the anger. She then said he is going to SFO but his bags are going to NYC.

Because that toootally happened. Just like all those entertaining stories about people who work as servers witnessing outstanding acts of karma (or as I call it, "waiter karma porn").

Saw that at orange co. airport. Woman had an absolute 20 minute shit fit until the cops came. Funny thing was, her plane left had already left!

I love listening for the 'Will the xxxxx party please come to Gate xx, your plane is leaving now', and seeing the hysterics when the drunks show up later, having completely missed the flight. Gold. Pure gold. :rofl
