I love that guy. Every now and then I get calls like this, and it becomes a sort of challenge to keep your cool and try to win them over with kindness. Eventually it becomes a battle of attrition between someone who's getting paid and someone with absolutely nothing else better to do. It just sucks when real shit comes up that I have to take care of and pass em off to my supervisor.

(I'm not a call center operator, but I do answer phones a lot for work)
