In SF one taco is really 2 tacos. Trying to eat it as one is a losing battle.

Split the ingredients among the two tortillas. Stuff the first one a little more full and let the taco leavings fall onto taco 2.

At least that has always been my strategy...

You guys have startegy. That;'s cool. I usually just drop the stuff in a bin and eat it with no hands like a pig at a trough.
