I picked up Brutal Legend at kmart for $15.(xbox) Its a beer drinking, button mashing, not much skill required game. Its like metal vs glam, which to me is really funny since I lived through that era. Cars with weapons, teamates to control and a guitar that kills for realz! Anyways, for fiteen you can't go wrong. Oh yeah, your Jack Black and its got Ozzy and Lemmy in it. Recommended.

got to play a few hours of the multiplayer of this one a few weeks ago in new york. The tweaks they're making to the online shooter formula are really, really fun.

Just read the new Game Informer article on Rift vs WoW. Anyone played both? I played WoW back in 2006 for a while, got fed up with it becoming a 2nd job to be any fun at the higher levels though. Rift sounds intriguing...
....but for now, I'll settle for waiting for BF3. Talk to me about Rift if you play it though the variety of classes really piqued my interest. Are they all really equally viable, or is it like WoW where they're only viable in theory and get destroyed in application?

Rift looks good. Basically wow with some cool ideas. Can have a variety of different roles on one character, sounds good.
I can't do mmorpg anymore soak up too much of my time
Battlefield 3 looking great. Only footage has been single player waiting to hear mp features.
Crysis 2 is fun
Dragon age 2 was good for a few hours till it became super repetitive. And no real story... Cliffhanger too which means you buying dlc if you want a real ending (most likely)
