5. Shrimp Truck in Kahuku
6. local Manapua Truck/Lunch wagon
 
what ever happened to eating over at uncles house where hes imu'ing the pig and steaming the lau lau and aunty salting the lomi salmon and mixing the poi...homemade hawaiian can not be beat...

Growing up on both Oahu and the Big Island, Hawaii will forever be my home. With that said; the riding there looks horrible. When I go back, I see nothing but squidly out of control riders. :laughing Not really their fault, there isn't any great roads/tracks to learn how to ride on.

That, and maybe the fact that hawaiian riders tend to be more into the stunter scene. Maybe if they had a good track with an actual ama superbike/motoGP event, there would be more people canyon carving.

Yes there is no racetrack on Oahu has forced a lot of people to sell their cars. Most just can not afford to ship their cars from the neighbor islands or from the mainland just to run it.

FYI: On Oct 07, the city counsel voted 8:1 to rezone the the old Campell site (Hawaii Raceway Park) as industrial. So that is gone for good. :thumbdown
