I like 'em big.

Heavy-ish. So when I'm really slinging 'em around corners I feel like I'm really hustling but I'm not really going that fast. The thrill of being Ricky Racerboy, but not likely to get a speeding ticket.

I'm slow, but I don't feel slow.

This bike serves no practical purpose for my needs. It's probably not particularly comfortable and the handling must be garbage with presumed equally poor braking. In spite of all that, I want one. Hey, nobody said motorcycles are rational!

I pity that poor bike if you get it.
I'm envisioning that thing with nobbies.
I kinda like it.
But I'm guessing there'll be nothing left but bent rims and a cracked frame in about a week.

I miss my ST4S. I really wanted to put many more miles on me than I did.

Used to be any bike that came easy..
BMW R50/2, Norton Atlas, Vincent Rapide, View attachment 599576Matchless G50, BSA Spitfire, 3 Commandos, 4 Triumph twins, then Darma, 907ie, GS1000sz, Vf1000R, R80GS, MotoGuzzi V50 .....all over the map.....but....no cruisers, please.

Now, I've winnowed it down to
Town Bonneville
Country BMW RS
And Adolescent KTM 690

I raced a V 50 once.
